The Fun Revolution wants to ask you " when you were between the ages of 0 and 5, what was your number one pleasure in life? what was the one thing that made you realize you were alive? yes, now you remember, don't you? Bouncing on a mattress is the primary activity of any self respecting fun revolutionary. It is the only exercise we use when undertaking stage one fun revolutionary training.
