At our workshops, there is no right and there is no wrong, there is only freedom and permission. The freedom and permission of a safe and supportive environment, to truly be yourself, to play out your personal dramas on an empty stage, to become spontaneous, to free your imagination and reveal the creativity that already resides within you

There is a workshop for all themes and issues, but ultimately they are all about the same process; freedom, permission and spontaneity all in a safe and supportive environment.
